SIOGEN Biotech ensures that the manufacturing process of the compound of interest with Siosomes® is conducted in the highest standards and allows reproducibility. We believe that this is important since it is common that batch to batch variation and scalability is the common cause of delays for time to market and drugs failures.

For this reason, all of our manufacturing facilities are GMP qualified and ISO accredited. Our manufacturers also have significant experience in manufacturing nano-vesicles. Their experience have stemmed from the manufacturing of Liposomes, Micelles and Vesicles which are generic nano particles.

The GMP produced compound encapsulated Siosomes® also make it easy for partners to upscale production from test samples to huge kilogram batches without reservations with regards to quality and consistency of product at every level.

This accelerated process also allows partners to quickly achieve ‘market ready’ products.

Cambridge Major Laboratories - Netherlands

CML is our GMP manufacturing facility for the Sugar Silanes in Europe. Later on CML Inc (USA) will manufacture the Sugar Silanes under cGMP.


Formula Pharma- Berlin

Formula is responsible for the manufacturing of the Siosomes Technology for Lab and Medium - scale of the Drug-Siosomes-Complex Lyopholisate powder for the parenteral applications.


Chiracon GmbH – Berlin

Chiracon is our GMP manufacturing of the Sugar Silanes (2nd site). The Company has established the manufacturing of Silanes and Siosomes® at Chiracon GmbH.


Oncosachs GmbH - Berlin

Oncosachs will be responsible for the GMP manufacturing of the study parenteral medications e.g. Cisplatin-Siosomes-Complex for the clinical phase I, II-III studies in cancer patients based on the drug developments in Formula Pharma in Berlin. Oncosachs is a partner of Formula Pharma.


Riemser Arzneimittel AG – Germany

Riemser is responsible for the GMP manufacturing of Siosomes®-Chemostatic-Complex (SCC) under the SIOCan Program. SIOCan Program is a global approach to create safer and better chemotherapy drugs.
